1. Cancellation, Return or Refund
1.1 Your order is deemed final once you have completed payment for the order. Subject to our Return and Exchange Policy, no cancellation or return of, or refund for Purchased Product will be afforded after the order has been finalized.
2. Return and Exchange Policy
2.1 You are allowed to request for an exchange if you have, within the Complaint period, discover the following:
(a) In receipt of different product from what you have purchased ("Mistaken Product"); or
(b) Defective product (collectively referred to as "Return Product")
2.2. A written request for an exchange must be made to our Customer Service at brillianthwaa@gmail.com and attach therewith (i) a photograph of the mistaken product or defective product, and (ii) in case of mistaken product, a copy of the relevant invoice.
2.3. The Return Product must remain in its original state and quality WHICH IF OTHERWISE, your exchange request will not be granted.
