Shipping & Delivery Policy

We currently DO NOT accept purchase from or shipping requests to any countries outside of Malaysia.

1. Shipping and Delivery Policy

1.1 Product Shipping: 

Your Purchased Product will be ship within two (2) to seven (7) business days (Excluding weekends and public holidays) after we have received a copy of your payment receipt. 

1.2 Shipping fees depending on the region of delivery request:

West Malaysia

For purchase less than RM150.00, the shipping fee is RM8.00.

East Malaysia

For purchase less than RM200.00, the shipping fee is RM13.00.

1.3 No shipping fee will be charge for purchases equal or more than (i) RM150.00 for West Malaysia, and (ii) RM200.00 for East Malaysia.

1.4 Buyer(s) may expected delay if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment. Please allow additional working days in transit for delivery.

2. Payment 

2.1 To prevent auto-cancellation of your order, we advise you to make payment within 24 hours after placing your order. 

2.2 At present, we only support online bank transfer. Our detailed payment instructions will appear on our Website once you have confirmed your order. 

2.3 For tracking purposes, please forward a copy of your payment receipt to either (i) our email address at brillianthwaa@gmail.com or, (ii) our Instagram chat (@brillianthwaa).

3. Product Tracking Number 

After receiving your payment receipt as required under Paragraph 2.3 above and arranged for the shipment of your Purchased product, we will revert to you with your product tracking number.
